- Trained an NVIDIA Riva ASR model on 140,000 hours of Quran audio; deployed on Triton Inference Server with a gRPC endpoint optimized for latency and throughput — achieved 81% accuracy and served 10,000+ active users during Ramadan across 3 continents
Voice AI & Telephony
- Built a custom voice agent framework from scratch, cutting end-to-end call latency by 2000 ms through Silero VAD integration and barge-in handling
- Architected Nova Call — a LiveKit-based telephony framework with automated CI/CD pipelines for deploying custom inbound voice agents; optimizing per-minute pricing and ttft to get roundtrip latency of 950-1200 ms
- Integrated Vapi with Twilio telephony to deploy multi-channel inbound/outbound voice bots across healthcare, appliance repair, and marketing clients
- Delivered multiple LiveKit (WebRTC) voice agent demos and a senior healthcare voice bot on Vapi and LiveKit
